Return and Exchanges
DIDU currently does not accept return or refund requests except for quality issues. If you have any questions regarding the sizing of the items, please feel free to contact us. We will get back to you as soon as possible during business hours (CTS 10:00-19:00 work days).
Any items which is damaged or wrong must be shipped within 7 days of receipt. Any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid authorisation number will not be accepted. All items that may be authorised to be returned must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition and can be done so with proof of purchase within 7 days from purchase date. The shipping cost of the return and exchange due to quality problem will be covered by DIDU.
DIDU offers direct exchanges on all items that don’t fit the Customer (in the limit of quantity/stock available). All items that may be authorized to be exchanged must be sent back in its original, unworn, unwashed condition and can be done so with proof of purchase within 7 days from purchase date. We ask the Customer to return the item(s) for any exchanges at his earliest convenience. Back in a delay of 5 days after receiving the merchandise.
To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a request for a return through e-mail sales@didu-official.com. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care team to assist you with the return process.
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, DIDU will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 15 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded.
