Refund and Return
Our web shop has a 7 days return policy. Any items which is damaged or wrong must be shipped within 7 days of receipt. Any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid authorisation number will not be accepted. All items that may be authorised to be returned must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition and can be done so with proof of purchase within 7 days from purchase date. The shipping cost of the return and exchange due to quality problem will be covered by DIDU.
To initiate a return, please submit a request for a return through e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care team to assist you with the return process. DIDU adheres to a strict no-paper policy (exception for order receipt), so as to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.
DIDU offers direct exchanges on all items that don’t fit the Customer (in the limit of quantity/stock available). All items that may be authorised to be exchanged must be sent back in its original, unworn, unwashed condition and can be done so with proof of purchase within 7 days from purchase date. We ask the Customer to return the item(s) for any exchanges at his earliest convenience. Back in a delay of 5 days after receiving the merchandise. The shipping cost of the exchange due to size problem will not be covered by DIDU.
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, DIDU will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 15 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
